This website is operated by designowlie. The terms “we,” “us” and “our” in any instance on this website refer to designowlie. We operate this website, including all content posted and services offered, to you, the user, based on your acceptance of all terms, conditions and information stated here.
By accessing and/or logging in to our website, using any part of our website and/or purchasing any merchandise from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by our Terms + Conditions, as set out henceforth (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”).

By creating an account and/or placing an online order with us, you confirm the following:

• You are providing current, complete and accurate information when creating an account and/or placing any orders

General terms
We do our best to keep all pertinent information on our website accurate and up to date. There may be an operational lag between the time that some content/information changes and the time we perform any routine website updates/updates go live. This may pertain to product descriptions, pricing, shipping and availability.
Please be advised that we reserve the right to refuse service at any time for operational reasons, if deemed necessary.
Products
We do not operate retail locations at this point in time, so all of our products are available exclusively online, primarily through our website, but also through third-party marketplaces.
Our products are offered in limited quantities, but if you wish to place an order that exceeds available stock, please contact us directly to inquire about feasibility. Any product and/or product line may be discontinued without notice.
Most of our products are handmade locally, in Ontario, Canada. Due to this, there may be slight variations within textile product lines. All of our products are vetted to meet a high quality standard. Any and all products are checked for durability, resistance, stitching, functioning, colour and style before being packed and shipped.
The product photography on our website is colour-corrected to give as accurate a representation of the actual product as possible, but can’t be guaranteed due to technical limitations.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Since we operate out of Ontario, Canada, applicable taxes may be added to the grand total of your purchases at the time of checkout.
User feedback
We value your feedback and/or comments and suggestions that you may post to the channels we offer for such input. These channels include, but are not limited to, designowlie email and contact form, social media posts and other third-party channels. Any feedback or content we consider to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, we may block or remove at our sole discretion.
