Free standard shipping in Ontario on eligible orders over $85 (CDN)

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days with Canada Post, barring any unforeseen weather events or operational delays. Please note that certain items are not eligible for free shipping based on their size and/or weight. Ineligible items are noted on their respective item page, under Shipping Info.

Import Taxes

Please note, some countries may add import taxes to incoming packages from foreign destinations. If ordering from and/or delivering to a location outside Canada, you are responsible for paying any import taxes imposed by the country of your residence, if/applicable.

Returns

If for whatever reason you change your mind about your purchase(s), and the item(s) bought is/are still in the same condition in which we sold them to you, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of your purchase date. Contact us via our contact page or email feedback@designowlie.com with your purchase details.

Please note that we can only process a refund once we have received the returned items in their original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
